There's *always* several 'oh yeah!' moments when I read your posts.....I loved your line, "access my courage muscle".....that's exactly what courage is like, isn't it? A muscle: if we don't exercise it, we become flabby (scared/weak/frightened), but as soon as we start to exercise it more (even after some time, I'm finding, we become braver, a little more each day).
